(2)小学4年生～6年生：スイム150ｍ、バイク8ｋｍ、ラン1.5ｋｍ
(3)中学1年生～3年生：スイム200ｍ、バイク10ｋｍ、ラン3ｋｍ
2. ファミリーの部 対象、小学１年生から中学３年生とその親族
(4)スイム50ｍ、バイク2.5ｋｍ、ラン0.5ｋｍ
3. スーパースプリントの部(個人・リレー)対象、高校生以上初心者向
(5)スイム400ｍ、バイク10ｋｍ、ラン2.5ｋｍ
1. Kids Group (Individual・Relay) includes elementary school 1st graders to junior high school 3rd graders.
(1)Elementary school 1st~3rd graders: 50m swim, 2.5km bike, 0.5km run
(2)Elementary school 4th~6th graders: 150m swim, 8km bike, 1.5km run
(3)Junior high school 1st~3rd graders: 200m swim, 10km bike, 3kn run
2. Family Group includes elementary school 1st graders to junior high school 3rd graders and their families.

3. Super-sprint Group (individual・relay) includes beginners older than high school students.

Kids・Family Group
Healthy boys and girls, older than elementary school 1st grade, who can participate in the triathlon competition.
Super-sprint Group
Healthy men and women, older than high school 1st grade, who can participate in the triatholon competition.

能對應小學 1 年級學生以上的鐵人三項比賽的健康男女。
超級衝刺部類
能對應高中生以上的鐵人三項比賽的健康男女。

Triathlon introductory class: ￥500 (includes insurance)

1. 私は、大会主催者が設けたすべての規約等、及び指示に従う事を同意します。
2. 私は、大会競技中及び行事の開催中、私個人の所有品及び運動用具に対し一切の責任を持ちます。
3. 私は、大会競技がかなり危険な競技であることを承認しており、競技中及び大会行事中に負傷または、死亡事故が発生した場合、私自身及び私の家族、保護者等関係者はその原因の如何を問わず、大会開催傷害保険による保険給付のほかは、主催者および大会関係者に対する責任の一切を免除します。
4. 私は、医師の健康診断の結果健康状態が良好であり本大会参加に備えて練習も充分であることを誓います。
5. 大会開催中に私が負傷したりそれに起因して発病したり事故を遭遇した場合には、私に対して適切な処置が施されることに異議ありません。
6. 私は、大会に関する放送、テレビ放映、新聞などの報道や主催者発行の印刷物に、主催者及び報道機関が私の名前および写真を自由に使用することを許可します。
更に、私的に撮影した映像等にあっては私的以外に使用しません。
7. 私は、大会当日、又は前日からの台風やその他の天候急変で競技が取りやめになった
場合（変更を含む）、私が支払った参加申込金が返金されないことを了承します。
8. 私は、本大会の応募書類の全ての記載事項が真実で正確であることを誓います。
1. I agree to abide by all rules, regulations and instructions of the event organizers.
2. I assume full responsibility for my personal belongings, including sports equipment, during the race and through the duration of the event.
3. I acknowledge that participating in this event involves above-average risks to personal injury. I am aware of the dangers and risks involved in participating in this event. I, on behalf of myself, my personal representatives, heirs, and assigns, hereby fully and forever releases, waives, discharges and covenants the event organizers, the payment claims from the event accidental insurance coverage, and any company or individuals related to the event, on account of injury to me or property or resulting in my death, caused by any reason, during the event.
4. I represent and warrant that I am well-trained to participate in this event, and I am determined by a medical practitioner to be in good health.
5. In connection with any injury or other medical conditions I may experience during the event, I authorize whatever medical treatment is deemed necessary by medical and event personnel, in their discretion.
6. I give permission to use my biography, name, and likeness in connection with this event, and also any publicity, advertising, and promotion for the event and future editions of the event.
Moreover, images and videos captured during the event for personal use will not be used for any other purposes.
7. 7. I understand and agree that the event entry fee is non-refundable in case of event cancellation (or changes) due to inclement weather .
8. I certify that all of the information in my event registration form is true and correct to the best of my knowledge.
1. 我同意大會主辦者設定的全部規約，並遵從大會指示。
2. 大會比賽和活動中，我對我個人物品和運動用具負全部責任。
3. 我承認，大會比賽有相當危險的競技，比賽和大會活動中負傷或發生死亡事故時，不論原因如何，我本人和我的親屬、監護人等關聯者，除了由主辦大會傷害保險供給的保險外，免除主辦者和大會關聯者的一切責任。
4. 我宣誓，醫生健康診斷結果健康狀態良好，也為參加本大會進行了充分練習。
5. 大會過程中，我負傷或因負傷而發病或遭遇事故時，對我施行適當處置，我對此沒有異議。
6. 我，准許主辦者及報道機關，在有關大會的廣播、電視、報紙等的報道和主辦者發行的印刷物中，自由使用我的名字和照片。
7. 我同意，因大會當日或前一天開始的颱風或其他天氣急變而導致比賽取消（包含變更）時，不要求返還支付的申請費。
8. 我發誓，本次比賽提出的所有申請表記載事項是真實準確的。
